In the "Author's Note" section or page, you want to be sure to give your readers a rich sense of who you are in relation to your site. Like other elements of your website, your biographical statement should be appealing to your audience (who you are writing to in your research project). So, rather than highlighting your personal and social life, the statement you compose should
- draw on your researcher and writerly identities,
- the question(s) you have explored throughout our course, and
- your goals as a researcher and writer (your purpose in your research project).
